Bolehkah saya membatalkan pesanan sedia ada yang telah dibuat?
- Ya, jika pesanan masih berada dalam status Pending Payment sahaja.
- Sila hantar e-mel ke khidmat pelanggan kami di hello@distrohub.my atau +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) dengan tajuk mesej "Permintaan membatalkan pesanan" untuk memaklumkan kami tentang pembatalan pesanan .
- Pesanan yang berstatus PAID pula akan dibatalkan tetapi pembayaran TIDAK akan dipulangkan.
