Bagaimanakah cara mendapatkan perkhidmatan atau produk di distrohub.my?

  3. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  4. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  5. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  6. Click “Submit” to complete the order.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

  • Sila hantar pindaan maklumat peribadi/syarikat atau dokumen pindaan ke hello@distrohub.my  / +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) dengan tajuk e-mel “Pembetulan Maklumat” untuk memaklumkan kami tentang butiran maklumat atau dokumen yang ingin diubah atau dipinda.
  • Ya, jika pesanan masih berada dalam status Pending Payment sahaja.
  • Sila hantar e-mel ke khidmat pelanggan kami di  hello@distrohub.my atau +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) dengan tajuk mesej "Permintaan membatalkan pesanan" untuk memaklumkan kami tentang pembatalan pesanan .
  • Pesanan yang berstatus PAID pula akan dibatalkan tetapi pembayaran TIDAK akan dipulangkan.
