- Please send an email to our customers service email at hello@distrohub.my / +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) with the message title “Request to change personal/company info” in order to inform us about the revised information details.
Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
- Yes, only if the order is still on Pending Payment status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at hello@distrohub.my or +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in PAID status will be cancel but NOT refunded.
What is the services & product's transaction currency?
- All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.
How long does the product delivery usually takes?
- Delivery usually will takes about 2 to 3 working days depends on the courier company and location.
How long does the services completion usually takes?
- Completion usually will takes about 1-3 days or 1-7 working days (Depends on the particular or type of the services). We will send an update regarding the progress and ETA time.
- Note: for LHDN stamp duty, LHDN gives approximately in 1-7 working days, but normally it will take around 1-3 working days. And of course, will send an update regarding the progress and ETA time as soon as possible.
