Six Easy Steps

Initial Consultation
Fill up our form HERE and we will get intouch with your as soon as possible. Discuss the details of the estate, including the value, assets, liabilities, and heirs involved. Determine if the estate qualifies as a Small Estate.

Gather Required Documents
Obtain Death Certificate and all family members proof of identity. Collect information on all assets (bank accounts, property, personal belongings, etc.) and liabilities (debts, mortgages, etc.)

Prepare the Application
Your Small Estate application preparation begins. Double-check that all personal information, asset values, debts, and distributions are accurate and match the required documentation.

Make Payment
We will send you the invoice once your small estate application ready for review and submit. After payment made, send us the proof of payment.

Review & Submit
Review the entire application to ensure there are no errors. Submit the completed application via the MyLand system.

Follow Up
Once the MyLand verified the application. We will prepare the additional documents (DDA Form) if needed. Let you know once the court date announced.
